This policy applies to purchases made on viduq4.app. We integrate the Vidu Q4 model via API; costs accrue per second of generation.
When we refund
- Duplicate charges or clearly failed payments (no usable output and no cost at the API)
- Unauthorized charge proven by the payment provider
Non‑refundable
- Successful generations and jobs that have already started (API cost incurred)
- Abuse of free credits or promotions
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket from your account with the order number, date, and reason. We respond as quickly as possible.
